Don't worry! If your retailer informs you that some of the items you ordered are unavailable, they will notify us of the final amount of the transaction. However, it can take up to 9 days for the merchant to inform us on the final amount. We will then adjust your remaining installments to reflect the reduced settled amount.
In case, all of the items you ordered are out of stock, Zilch will receive a full refund. Once the refund is received, we will contact you via email and reflect the refunded amount on the payment details screen of your purchase. Refunds will take about 3-5 working days to reflect on your bank account depending on your banking provider.
