If there is anything we can do to help change your mind, please contact us at support@zilch.com. However, if you're sure these are the steps to deactivate your account:
- Log in to your Zilch account.
- Go to the menu in the top-right of your screen.
- Select Settings.
- Select Personal Details.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Deactivate account.
Please note, you will need to have all payments completely cleared in order for your account to be deactivated.
