Enabling auto-billing allows Zilch to automatically withdraw installment payments from the linked debit card on your account every 2 weeks. If auto-billing is disabled, you are responsible for paying your installments by their due date manually. Late repayments can negatively impact your available spend and ability to use Zilch.
By default, auto-billing is enabled for every purchase. If you prefer to disable auto-billing on an open transaction, you can follow the steps below:
-
Login to your Zilch account.
-
Click the menu in the top-right corner of your screen.
-
Select Purchases and Payments.
-
Select the open purchase of your choice.
-
Click the toggle to disable Auto Billing.
⚠️ Please note, once auto-billing has been disabled you will not be able to enable it again for that transaction. After switching auto-billing off, we will stop collecting payments automatically and you will have to manually pay your installments on the app.
